Sandwiches at Rebecca's Cafe
Rebecca's Cafe is a small breakfast and lunch restaurant on Northeastern University's campus. They offer a large variety of food (for a large variety of college students): panini sandwiches, soups, salads, hamburgers, grilled cheese, mac and cheese, you name it. In particular, I love their made-to-order panini sandwiches, so I made a list of how much I've enjoyed each sandwich I've tried, and which ones I still want to try!
Good sandwiches
- caprese: creamy, tomato-ey, crunchy. what more could you ask for? this is a classic
- the nicole: the apples create the perfect mix of sweet and savory
- rebecca roll: the cranberry sauce is quite nice, and I also get satisfaction from sharing a name with this roll
- chicken caprese: caprese but with more protein
- the niall: good balance of caramelized onions with turkey. make sure to grab this one from the pre-prepared section
- bahn-mi: the tofu is AMAZING. however, the last time I got this sandwich there was something unusually crunchy in it so be warned
Don't order this ew
- buffalo chicken wrap: maybe it was the particular sandwich I had, but this was way too spicy I almost died
Ones I haven't tried yet
- JFK
- BLT
- grilled chicken pesto
- tuscan turkey
- fontega chicken
- BBQ chicken and bacon
